At the rate at which they've been dropping Intel machines, macOS 15 is going to be down to maybe some 2019 and 2020 Intel machines at best if it still supports Intel.
As you saw, MacOS 15 did continue Intel support, going back to the 2018 MBP's and Mini, as well as the 2017 iMac Pro. It also continues to support a pre-T2 machine (the 2019 iMac).
