Other “Unlock with Apple Watch” not working on iPhone 13 Pro Max

I had to erase all content and settings on the watch and set it up as new to get it working.

That's right - I just started from scratch. It didn't take very long to copy the apps over to my watch, and once I had set up my usual watch face, I was back in business.

Sadly this did not work for me! Not really sure what else to do other than restoring my iPhone, which I don't really want to do from scratch...

iOS 15.1 seems to have fixed this issue for me.

This stopped working for me after 15.1. A hard reboot fixed it.

iPhone is on 15.1 and Apple Watch is on 8.1.
