I ordered my Apple leather case right after I completed my XS Max at 3:04 am eastern time and I got a confirmation email yesterday at 8pm that said it had shipped. Even with a tracking number it still is MIA on the UPS website along with my phone.

Do the request before Thursday so it can register and do it on the website not app.
App says Monday 9/24 will be available website says 9/21 for hold for pick up.

Way too stressful. iPads don’t sell out like they used to though. Maybe the refresh will get people excited about them again.
Wow, all this time I was trying to track the UPS flights. I had no idea they would be on Atlas Air. How did you manage to find out this information and thanks btw! Now do you know what the next flight will be from PANC (Anchorage, AL) to Louisville, KY to the UPS Hub I believe?

I think you’re misinterpreting the tracking. I don’t think it’s actually on this flight. It’s probably be transported by ground to a different location before a flight overseas.
I personally think it will fly out tomorrow from china but who knows if tonight we get an Alaska scan then it was on that flight
That is the only flight which left Zhenzhou, China and it is the only possible flight since there isn't any UPS flight. This is also a cargo flight which other major carriers use as well. We will find out when it lands in the major hub in Anchorage for sorting. All preorder goes through this hub even last year. If it is right, we should see an arrival scan.

Absolutely the fastest I've ever experienced when pre ordering and I've preordered every year.
No by package. You can search by your phone number or your apple order number with W but minus the last 2 digits.
Mine showed it had a departure scan at 11:58pm (9/16/18) from Zhenzhou, and now a arrival scan at 2:10am (arrival scan) at the same location. Odd.
No it's not it was just a truck transporting from one location to the terminal. It will then have the departure scan in couple of days.
