They're happy with noisy sine wave inputs, but not 4.16 msec of zero voltage.
ATX standards long ago required uninterrrupted DC power even when AC power was missing four times longer. So that even a UPS switching to battery power or AC utility switching causes no problems. Many computers work just fine (uninterrupted) with power lost for ten times that number.

This discussion is not about interrupted power. Discussion is hardware protection. What hardware is damaged if power is suddenly lost? None. What hardware is damaged by non-sine waves? None. Stop changing the discussion because you cannot defend your original claims. Everything recommended earlier for hardware protection does not do that protection.

A sine wave UPS does not protect electronic hardware - as demonstrated by so many examples you have provided for that hardware protection. UPS power that can be harmful to motorized appliances is perfectly good for computers.

At least you finally stopped posting cheapshots. So now we are again only discussing technicals. The topic is about hardware protection.

UPS does not address the issue that others have avoided. What does hardware protection? Not a UPS. Something else (tens of times less expensive) does protect hardware.
