That is very interesting.. what storage are your phones? The reason I ask, is because most of the "preparing for shipping" phones are coming from the 256gb group. Not sure if I've seen any 512 ones....

Yeh all the Apple Watch bands and iPhones I get are packaged like that! Such a good way to keep it secure and not be banged around. Wonder if they’re gonna get rid of this plastic too!?!?

Purchased two phones with Apple Card this morning. The mini has moved to “preparing to ship” and the pro max is still on order in progress (also hasn’t shown up on my Apple Card transactions list yet even though the mini eventually did). Should I be worried or am I just suffering from the usual bout of preorder paranoia?

my graphite PM is 512GB and the gold PM is 256GB. wonder why the mid GB models are moving faster than the others? maybe higher availability?

I think it gets scanned by the model spec. It goes through series of waves.

Yeah, not sure, but it definitely seems like the majority of the movement on the pro models have been the 256 gb models.. it's just something that I noticed.

I believe so. Lower demand for it so they don't have much availability available. It's limited. That's why they were back ordered so fast today. Almost instantly.

Apple has all that data. They know exactly which color, capacity, size, is the most popular and which one people normally order. So based on the data orders #'s are placed differently.

For example: Production of 256GB is a lot higher then 512 or 1TB.

Got in at 3 minute mark on the order. The marigold silicon case I ordered at the same time, which is to get to me on Wednesday, is still processing though.

1st - iPhone 13 pro max

2nd - iPhone 13 mini

3rd - iPhone 13 pro

the last two have moved into preparing to ship and the first one is still processing. Should I panic? I already got the email from citizens one that I was approved for the loan.

Never believe anything these YouTubers say, they sign a lot of embargos, they can only say certain things during first impressions videos and even their reviews.

I suspect, we are going to miss that sound and a lot of YouTubers will complain about it. It’s just not going to feel exclusive and premium. That’s what they’re going to say and how much they miss the peeling sound.
