I’m jelly lol! Been checking on/off last 24 hours and ordered within 5 minutes of pre-orders and est delivery Sept 24th. What’s strange is UPS Track by reference shows the package as on the way but can’t see much info on it, wish UPS my choice actually worked! Kinda curious to know where my phone is located currently.

So, I've been using the standby iPhone SE 1st gen that we have as a back up and the battery lasts about 20 min. Looking forward to a new device and will never make the same mistake again of trusting advertising about waterproofing.

All international packages have to come into Louisville, KY for UPS. All. That’s where their customs checkpoint resides. (It’s Memphis for FedEx, FYI)

It may not make sense logistically in terms of distance, but government regulations don’t care about that.

IDK why my choice is lagging so much. Since late last night I could see it part of the tracking info from track by reference and I wish UPS would enable a way to verify ourselves so we can see full tracking info. Miss the polls says when it would show everything. I tried contacting apple and UPS neither could get me the details.

Hopefully that means our phones are on the plane it’s just lagging on the website

Yup! I literally had the UPS Customer Service rep tell me "I need you to tell me your full tracking number so I can get you your tracking number." Absolutely dumbfounded!!!

Here’s a question. Ordered two phones (separate order numbers within minutes of each other). On one I get minimal tracking when I enter the order # as reference. get nothing on mine though. Any chance they could both be on the same tracking #? They both show PFS.

I feel like there are a few pallets sitting out there that didn’t fully get processed/scanned. I have two phones coming, both show up under my number when I search by reference, but only one shows up in UPS My Choice. When looking at both packages under the reference number one says it’s delivering to Kearney, MO (my house) and the other has my full name, address and everything listed. They both show on the way with a delivery day of 9/24. A couple of years ago when I was tracking my 11 with you fine people a lot of people had missed scans and would magically show up right alongside the rest of us down the line. I’m guessing that’s what’s going on with a lot of phones right now… it’s also entirely possible that I’m completely wrong, in which case I’m gonna be ticked cause my phone is the one that isn’t showing up in UPS My Choice!

Yep is a crazy time lol! I’ve checked several times throughout the day and my choice isn’t doing nothing yet for nearly a day I could see something by reference tracking.

You should be getting 2 separate tracking for each separate orders.

Both of my phones are showing up under the same reference number (two packages though). My wife’s number isn’t showing any packages. I’m guessing since I ordered both on my Apple account that’s the reason. Last night only one package was showing up under my number… probably just a glitch in the scanning process.
