This sounds weird but have you tried bringing up the Verizon app on your phone, but do it in LTE and not Wifi? One of my orders shows shipped on LTE but the moment I switch to Wifi, it says Order has been Confirmed. Switch back to LTE, it says Shipped.
 
Does anyone know if I can use use my nano SIM card from iPhone 12 pm on the unlocked iPhone 13PM. I’m with T-mobile if that makes any difference.

No, it’s not. I understand and appreciate the nature of these threads. It’s fun to track flights and wonder which flights your phone might be on and find “seat buddies”. I’m trying to not put anyone on blast so generalizing but there is a lot more things being said in this thread that are this WILL happen or X, Y, Z is next. Then already those things have proven to be false in retrospect.

The gravity of the information here is trivial and without real impact but this type of misinformation is the exact same vector causing so many problems with misinformation involving matters of life and death at the moment. Don’t say something is for sure if you don’t know what you’re talking about. Say you’re guessing at least.

No need to call Apple. When you receive the 13 pro max, just go ahead and return it and keep the 12 pro max for a bit, no need to send it back even if you got the return box for it. Once you return the 13 pro max 128 gb, it will close out the loan and then just wait for the one you want.
 
Finally was able to get my UPS info, but got this message. I have a 9/24 delivery date from Apple.

If I return in store and they have the phone i want can I rebuy it on the spot or i have to wait a couple of days ?

Honestly, there are curveballs every year, but not very many. Most people just don't notice.

For example, we all have UPS tracking numbers but Apple doesn't designate an item as "Shipped" until it leaves Louisville
