Hey all! Just checking in while I’m at lunch and waiting for iOS 15 to drop. I called UPS and got them to have my package held at the local Customer Center. The option wasn’t available online, but the request went through and the representative confirmed the CC address.
My tracking now defaults to ‘Pick up my package at a UPS location’ instead of ‘None’ under Change Delivery.

Where'd you call to get through successfully? I have been trying all morning with the international number and they said they can't request hold at CC until it enters the US.

atleast i also find my iphone is stuck too, so don't feel bad some movement will occur.
Yes as long as my choice is setup although mine hasn’t shown anything I’ve been able to see some limited tracking info with reference number sinc elike 2 days ago but only says on the way and vague information.

I actually called the domestic number first, then was transferred to an international representative. I can’t remember her name, but she was very helpful.
They usually should direct you to the international department since the package is coming from China. I was able to request a UPS CC hold for pick up via UPS e-mail and the request went through an I got the response this morning that they would request a hold for pick up. Because it's still not in the U.S, I'm not able to see it but the request is there.
Mine is same as this. Notice “arrived at Zhengzhou 9/18 at 7:20pm”
I was unable to hold at my CC through the website, but I was able to through the app.
The CC would not show at all when trying to do it via the website.
You will be able to see the request on Thursday, evening time PST. Apple will lift off and no longer will prohibit the tracking information from UPS. Full transcription of the tracking information will be released.
Just make sure you are able to pick it up at CC

Nice to see a partial tracking number on UPS site, at least. I don’t have MyChoice so it seems I’m stuck with the limited information they offer. My Spigen clear case is just waiting for its Sierra Blue occupant!
Edited: Village Drapes site only gives a partial tracking number too but at least tells me that it was scanned at ZhengZhou today.

Nothing’s changed on mine, maybe by tomorrow it will have moved. A case is arriving today so I may discover I made the wrong choice going for the “big” phone!
