Anyone else having troubles to see the order detail in apple store website?
My order says ready to ship and I will be getting it by the 24th but I hate not being able to track it at all.

Same with my orders. It’s all good-very safe. We’ve all been using their tracker for years, some for all sorts of packages, not just Apple products.

That's what I get when searching. How do you get the full tracking #? I don't remember.

If you're getting it shipped to your home address, and you have joined MyChoice, it should show up in your deliveries. It might be under hidden packages though.

If you're getting it shipped to your work address, I'm not sure what to do as UPS has limited being able to get the full tracking number from just a reference.

edit: if you google "ups village drapes" you should see a website where you can put in your phone/order number and it should give you more status than the regular UPS site, but it will still not show the full tracking number

Is it matching address or email or something? My apple id is an icloud email but my ups account in my gmail. I am sorry if this has been answered but trying to go back through is tough. hahah. The app seems to give more info and more up to date than the website. Good luck.

I am getting it shipped to my office. I only get the last 4 digits. Village drapes also gives me the same thing. It sometimes comes to MyChoice, but not this time.

Yeah, but you have like zero worries. If I weren't working from home on fridays I would have picked up. it's such a great experience and they're highly unlikely to cancel on you.

True and the benefit is I can do my trade in (12PM) right on the spot. No worries sending it in or getting lost or damaged along the way!

It won't say shipped until it hits US soil, but it's moving now from China. Sign up for free UPS MyChoice and your tracking should show up in the UPS app.

I never knew this existed amazing how they circumvent UPS to get more info somehow or maybe UPS site blocks certain info? But great either way and now I can stay on top of my package!

Possibly that one or the next one. Just know that once it hits Louisville, KY, it will stay there till Thursday morning and then import scan then.

Also for anyone curious since I just got my tracking info I can see that if left ZhengZhou at 4:20PM 09-19 I assume that’s local time? But for some reason it shows arrived at ZhengZhou facility at 4:50PM so maybe when boarding plane?
