Mine is coming to a VERY rural location. My status on apple.com and in the apple store app also says PTS but my UPS My Choice app already shows a tracking # and movement. UPS My Choice at ups.com only shows this:

But the UPS app on my iPhone shows the tracking # and shipment progress. You might try that.

Same here, preparing to ship in the Apple store and nothing on the UPS website but the UPS mobile app does show a tracking number and some scan activity. Still in ZhengZhou but ...

I think someone needs to make a public service announcement on how "preparing to ship" is meaningless on Apple's order status page.

Your order has probably already shipped. You can find tracking through UPS. Apple will not update to "shipped" until Thurs/Fri even though your phone has shipped.

None of the early reviewers get to choose the color, Apple makes that decision. And of course they're going to showcase the newest color option. Sure Graphite is new or whatever, but all the other "new" colors are so close to the old ones that it doesn't really matter.
