I called UPS to see why it hasn't shown yet in my My Choice, and I was told that it should definitely be there by now. They actually said it's a technical issue and they're escalating my case to higher ups to see what the deal is in general. I guess something is up with UPS MC. If you're having the same problem, its a good chance there's a tech issue

How did you get hold of a live person at UPS?

For those who are wondering what flight you will be on out of Louisville...

You can expect to be on the early morning one Friday morning. Most UPS flights run daily M-F. You can look at the one for today and it will likely be the same time for Friday. For those in logistically difficult areas, let me know and I'll try to do some sleuthing. Some of those may go out Thursday afternoon/evening to the destination city. I'll be around for the next 3 hours or so.

Are you able to see how many are going to Orlando tomorrow? I see the next one is at 3:58 this morning but I don’t know if there are any more.

Corona Del Mar beach is my favorite. I’ve been down there every weekend since the beginning of summer. It is so peaceful and clean.

Needs to get another scan usually to show up in the system so hopefully tomorrow it will update.

How did you get hold of a live person at UPS?

If I wanted to talk to a live person on UPS, I just say "Customer Service" over and over. It will eventually connect me to a live person lol.

Been reading this page as has been a blessing as I haven’t pre-ordered an iPhone before. Like most, seeing preparing to ship. I used UPS my choice app and got nothing. I then decided to check my choice on the web and got my tracking number. Glad to know it’s on it’s away and will be here soon enough for me to get rid of the damn iPhone storage is almost full.

I used the email system on their site last night. Haven't heard back yet, though.

It's possible that they may be flooded with e-mails. That's why I e-mailed on Sunday to request a UPS CC hold for pick up and I got a response on Monday.

I asked for technical support since I was dealing with a technical question. Other than confirming the shipping address I didn't get any update on the actual shipment (didn't ask either.) My My Choice just isn't updating with anything and they said it 100% should be
