Well just got my email that my packages will be held at my local Ups CC at 9am.
Needs to get another scan usually to show up in the system so hopefully tomorrow it will update.

Sounds good! I would trust the process that Apple has. As long as your order status still says 9/24 then I trust they will get it to you by then

Sorry for the late post. It is most likely already in Louisville awaiting customs. Your group's scans was very odd though. I wouldn't worry about it. Expect an import scan tomorrow.
Any recommendations on visiting Cali Beach to get a best exposure of the sunset?

If SoCal -> San Clemente Beach in the OC. Not many people, pretty much open water and beach side. If you want something more ornamental, Newport Beach in the OC. Call me prejudice, but I think LA beaches absolutely suck.
That being said - best best best views: Norcal. And definitely Big Sur along the 1 and Half Moon Bay. GOD, you have no idea how much I miss it up there for the beaches!!! Big Sur is just beautiful, and HMB has some of the nicest waves to make a shot look great.

You can expect to be on the early morning one Friday morning. Most UPS flights run daily M-F. You can look at the one for today and it will likely be the same time for Friday. For those in logistically difficult areas, let me know and I'll try to do some sleuthing. Some of those may go out Thursday afternoon/evening to the destination city. I'll be around for the next 3 hours or so.

FYI for those who aren't seeing it in their My Choice but have been able to get their tracking # and confirm they are indeed getting a phone delivered to their home address -
I called UPS to see why it hasn't shown yet in my My Choice, and I was told that it should definitely be there by now. They actually said it's a technical issue and they're escalating my case to higher ups to see what the deal is in general. I guess something is up with UPS MC. If you're having the same problem, its a good chance there's a tech issue

Last year, most people didn't see their KY scans until Thursday morning, when the Import scans were done.
Corona Del Mar beach is my favorite. I’ve been down there every weekend since the beginning of summer. It is so peaceful and clean.
And I agree with @aesc80 on LA beaches sucking.
