If you throw that tracking number into the UPS Mobile app you will see much more detail.

The option to choose UPS CC has been removed completely. UPS removed it intentionally last year. Even when I ordered an apple product that came from Mt. Juliet, TN warehouse, there was no actual option to request a hold for pick up at UPS CC. Only UPS Stores. Only way to request UPS CC is call or e-mail.
Even with this shipment, for UPS CC, you can only request UPS CC pick up either by phone or e-mail. After the import scan then it will only show in the tracking history, you still won't get the option on the Change Delivery section.
Remember that it is traveling "back in time" because of the time zone changes 😂

Mine is in Kentucky. I work Friday, but I put porch on my UPS my choice. My brother will be home. I live in an area where packages are not stolen, and besides you can’t see the packages on my porch with the bushes in front. When it’s delivered, I can take a break from work and drive home to get it.
