Actually, I was able to chat with International Shipments on the UPS website and after verifying who the sender was and my deliver address, they gave me the full tracking number. Thanks, though.

I would imagine that is was more they noticed a sudden spike in web traffic to a site they probably though was deprecated and no longer in use. They then probably figured out that you could grab the full tracking number if you knew where to hunt and pulled it down.

really strange as I've never needed to do fancy things to get my shipping info, it was right there waiting for me in My Choice!

My wife's still says "preparing to ship" on Apple's site and is not showing up on UPS My Choice. I've entered order # and phone number of arriving phone, but no record of anything according to UPS.

I've been through this process for many years now, and know Apple's info won't say shipped until Thursday evening/Friday morning, and yet the phone will arrive with all the others.

This is the first time that UPS hasn't had a peep to share about the shipping, so I don't even see "order processed: Ready for UPS" like in previous years. Very weird.

There are still a few hours for them to get it to Louisville tomorrow to make it to our home by Friday, curious how this is all going to work out.

Good luck, sometimes scans can be very delayed that it seems like nothing is happening.

On my UPS tracking page It says “ this package requires a signature” and “sign now”. I sign but every time I log back in it says the same thing so it doesn’t seem to work. What’s up with that?
