Ooh, I'm looking at my iPhone order in the Apple Store and the Early Upgrade Payment has vanished. I guess Apple's system must have updated and they see that I made a payment on 9/14? Also, the pending charge from Apple that I got last Friday is gone from my credit card? I guess I'll get charged the full amount today or Friday?

I emailed them on the UPS site and got approved for pickup at the local UPS Customer Center (hub). It could take a day for them to get back to you, so I'd do it now if I were you.

There may be a delay if you have it delivered to a UPS store, so be advised. Sometimes I've seen them delivered the next day.

there is, but he went to bed. Tomorrow everything will clear customs and we will all move from PFS to Shipping, and will get the tracking number from Apple.

I am in the same boat. Apple still says preparing to ship and when I put in my phone number into ups.com as a tracking number, I have been getting the message:

Estimated delivery: Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date.

apple.com still has my arrival on Friday. This is the first year I have not been able to track my phone.

In the past I've been able to pick up my iPhones at the Hub/Customer Center but I don't see that option anymore on UPS My Choice? All I see are UPS Stores...

Same here. I noticed that a few days ago myself .I think it's because the CC center near me no longer accommodates customer pickups due to the C word.
I didn't really pursue the matter further, but apparently others have managed success by contacting the UPS discustomer services Dept

The UPS CC doesn't show up on my list of hold locations either, but the email worked.

The CC may show up once the phones have had their import scan and are listing as Shipped.

I have a few UPS packages coming Friday (accessories) and one of them gives me the option to select a guaranteed 2 hour delivery window. It’s earlier in the day than UPS normally comes. Going to do this and that should get my iPhone delivered a little earlier. (Note: the iPhone delivery itself does not give an option to set a 2 hour window)
