Ordered 2 iPhone 13 Pro Max phones for my wife and me. Wife just got notice or shipment and tracking number for UPS. As far as I can tell, it doesn't appear UPS is requiring delivery receipt signature? I used to do this every year but we kept our 11 Pros for 2 years this time, and UPS used to always require you to be home to sign (or pre-sign with a form taped to the door). We're trying to ensure we don't miss the delivery as there will be a period of time we won't be home tomorrow.

Hoping to catch you in KY within 2 hours. It will be their longest day. Today all UPS planes are booked and slammed. Tomorrow, all the drivers will be busy delivering.

soon as possible.
Exception Resolution:
Your package is on the way

My package has been sitting in KY (arrived a couple of days ago) and I’m in Los Angeles.

i did just send a request to them to hold my package at a CC. So I don’t know if they’re related?

That exactly what it is. It will say exception till they process that hold for pick up.

I just called ups and they confirmed my phones do NOT need a signature for delivery. I think this may be the first time that I didn't have to be home to sign.

I should have had mine switched to pick up instead of ship, I like going to the apple store on launch day because it makes the experience that much more exciting. Unfortunately I wasn't able to cancel my order so it'll arrive tomorrow at my doorstep. Next year!

Well I don’t know if my UPS account is provisioned correctly. I apparently have to call them to have the 2 hour window added as I chatted and asked and I don’t have the calendar they were talking about.

Also when I go on the website it says something about verifying payment info to see full tracking details but it already tells me the account is added. Ugh
