Please help! I had 2 orders. One on apples website shows shipped for my 256GB iPhone 13 Pro Max and gives me a tracking number, but it still says preparing for shipment on my iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB. Still shows delivered by tomorrow but no tracking number makes me nervous. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hello Everyone! So thankful my new baby got the import scan in Louisville!

in regard to UPS, I am wondering if anyone can advise or even speculate what tomorrow will be like for them. With all these iPhones delivering, I am sure it will be a busy day for them, however I am wondering if in the sceme of their normal business if this is likely just a real busy day for them, or if this more like completely getting their a— handed to them? 🤣

This is the specific number. +1 (800) 742-5877. It’s going to ask you for a tracking number… just enter whole bunch of fake numbers and then it’ll say it does not recognize… that’s when you say “Agent” you’ll be connected in 30 seconds

I saw that yesterday and was very confused. Glad its got sorted out. Wish it would display my pick up time again.

I suspect this is a boilerplate Apple Store widget programmed with a time/date string, which automatically populates based on store availability/warehouse inventory. With no inventory showing, there was no way for an availability date to display, but instead of having an elegant way of addressing this error in the widget code, the time/date simply showed up as "null".

Yup I am. I believe my store has had them in stock for ages. Huge rains expected in the NY area, grateful I wont be impacted. Except for maybe an umbrella (its not in a mall)

The Apple Order page still shows all the same detail from the day I ordered.

Everything will be delivered and trade-in completed before they let go of that tracking number 🤣

I would suggest you to call now and pick it up yourself. UPS will be very busy tomorrow. By the time it gets to California. It’ll be flagged. Make sure it’s the distribution center CC, nowhere else. Make sure you also confirm the pick up time and date

Just got Apple’s text message for 1 of 2 phones on the way. I don’t see hold for pickup status yet… will wait until noon and call UPS.

I have the same thing. Got a text message for 1 of the 2 phones. Waiting for it to switch to Hold but just seeing Ship To my address still.
