It’s happening to lots of us. It’s the card.

Same thing happening to me.

Called CitizensOne. The glitch was despite putting in the correct expiration date for the Apple Card, the system retained the expiration of the Visa I initially had to use for the order due to the glitch last Friday. They managed to fix it and manually sent the charge and cleared.

Apparently the loan information is still being updated and causing the issue.

Holy crap! I have a departure from KY at 3:57 PM. I'm in SC and normally my departures don't happen until the wee hours of Friday morning. Now I feel like I'll be tracking all night until it arrives. I'm stupidly excited about this prospect.
This is me. there was a super early morning flight out to Orlando tomorrow and was afraid I was going to be on that one. Thank goodness it left early

Latest NYC area updates, for those of us who are affected by the storm. All inbound flights to JFK and EWR are held at origin until 7:15 PM. Flight UPS2114, originally scheduled to depart SDF for JFK at 4:10 PM, is still scheduled, but there's no information on its departure. EWR-bound flights UPS2076 and UPS2080 are currently scheduled to depart in 3 hours 15 minutes and 1 hour 37 minutes, respectively. The storm system is right in the flight path to both airports and hasn't moved in over 2 hours.
Yep it’s not looking good and was looking forward to it and another family member phone arriving for good reason! Supposed to filming a HS football game on Sat. I’m getting optimistically worried now…

Grrr......

Managed to change my credit card back to my Apple Card via citizens one website, but when they went to charge the first payment, it declined. Went to the website and put the number back in and trying to manually make a payment, it won't let me since it still shows $0 balance.
My first payment actually just hit my Apple Card, and no issues. I'm one of the glitched out people who wasn't able to use my AppleCard for the pre-order, but I switched the payment card to the Apple Card in the Citizens site once the new loan populated.

I wish it was ready right this second! Don't tease me like that!

Can you pick up the phones in store, if available, and return the ones you ordered when they arrive? Before Apple replaced store pickup availability with instructions to check on September 24, there were a lot of different models available in the NYC area. I plan on doing this tomorrow and, next time I upgrade, will most definitely be ordering for store pickup.

Even if the one I would want is available it would be more of a hassle.
