I had a chance to spend some time with my new 13 Pro between Zoom meetings and I am extremely happy with the phone. As someone who upgraded from the 11 Pro, the differences are HUGE. First and foremost, the square edge design is so much better than the curved edges of iPhone 6 - iPhone 11. It feels so satisfying in hand, especially with an Apple leather case. Don't even get me started on the case - it's the best case I've ever used, full stop. I've been using the Caudabe Sheath on my last two phones (the aforementioned 11 Pro and X) and loved everything about it. The Apple leather case has an in-hand feel similar to the Sheath, but so much more satisfying - the leather just feels so nice. I keep picking up the phone from my desk, just to hold it.
But I digress. I love that Apple did away with the curved screen edges. I use tempered glass screen protectors and always hated the uncovered space that they left around the perimeter of the screen, due to the curved edges. This is no longer a problem. I love the look and feel of the flat screen. I know that some may disagree with me, but I'm really glad that Apple resurrected this design language. Speaking of screen, the additional real estate provided by the size bump (5.8" on 11 Pro vs 6.1" on 13 Pro) is definitely noticeable.
As has already been stated by others who received their 13 Pro/Pro Max, 120Hz is a gamechanger. Scrolling through my Facebook feed and various web pages is so much smoother than it used to be on previous generations. I haven't yet had a chance to give this feature a real workout by playing some graphics-intensive games, or to test out the camera, but I'll be doing that over the weekend.
TL;DR version: If you have an 11 Pro/Pro Max and are on the fence about upgrading, this is far more than an incremental upgrade.
