I am still waiting on the UPS truck here in Southern CA. No surprise that they seem to be running later than usual today.
I am on Verizon. I feel like I am seeing differences in opinions or experiences as far as transferring service on Verizon with same phone number. Can anyone confirm for me? Is it just matter of basically entering my phone number and Apple ID, or will I actually need to install my current SIM card into my née phone?

Hmmm. I upgraded my daughter’s line and plan to switch my line to the new phone, then switch her line to my 12. I don’t remember this from previous years, but this time the new phone tells me that if I want to use a different phone number than the line I upgraded, I have to call (or visit) ATT.
Ugh. I doubt I’d even be able to get thru this evening.
Will have to wait until daughter gets home. We don’t have a landline so trying to do a three way switch over one of the phones we need to switch is going to be tricky!

IT CAME! I was so sure that it wouldn't when it missed its plane and didn't leave Louisville until 3am and had a 4 hour flight, but as it always does every year, it came.

Me as well… and I never get a “follow my delivery” email / MyChoice access. It’s been a smooth week for me up to this point! Just trying to hold out hope - I’ve never seen a UPS truck in my neighborhood this lateStill waiting....it is almost 6:30 PM EST

I remember last year. That really sucks man. Had I received that one, I’d be so pissed. This is why I order more than device for fears like this. Luckily the one I received today is pretty good so far. Do you plan on returning and getting it exchanged? Best of luck
Me either...I'm getting nervous that it isn't coming today. If it doesn't would they deliver on Saturday or do we have to wait until Monday?

At least for me, UPS is beyond inconsistent with the availability of follow my delivery. I’d rather they just not even offer it if they can’t offer it most of the time.
