They did that with my iPhone too. My heart was racing and pounding and I told them no it’s here and landed successfully. The other UPS clerk said it’s in China 😁. 10 minutes later clerk comes out with my iPhone… I told him dude you almost gave me a heart attack. That’s a $2000 worth package. He was clueless. He didn’t even apologize or anything. Unhappy fella 😂✌️

You mean to tell me that a worker here in Vegas was unhappy and rude?? never happens here! 😅

Residential deliveries usually go til 7pm, but being slammed and knowing they are iPhones, do ups drivers keep working? My truck was a mile away but tracking stopped working. It’s 1 minute til 7 and I’m getting worried. Anyone know?

I am beyond pissed off right now. UPS won’t let me talk to an agent, and I can’t find any way to hold my package for pickup at the UPS customer center. It will only show options online to send it to an access point on Monday for $5.99. I really needed it delivered today because I have plans for tomorrow.

Does anyone know how to get them to hold it at the UPS CC?

I waited and waited for the UPS truck. I watched the map and saw the truck go heather and yon all afternoon. Finally an hour after the expected delivery time I got in the car and using the UPS map found the truck and got my phone. Driver was very polite. No attitude at all. I think he will be working overtime tonight. Now to open the box……

When I call UPS customer service automated. I just babble or keep repeating customer service. Then they just transfer me to talk to a live person.

Enter bunch of random numbers and follow the command. Also, keep talking to confuse the automated line. It will direct you to are you the shipper, receiver? Say receiver… you’ll get someone live.

Picked up my Sierra Blue iPhone 13 Pro up in store. It's beautiful! I'll need a new case as the camera foot print is a lot bigger. I Wasn't planning to upgrade, but I figured I do it every year so why not.
