so i live on a numbered street, and my address in the apple store goes something like this (contrived example):
600 401st Avenue
which is the same address that my case and protector got sent to (via Apple and UPS), so obviously its deliverable... but apparently someone decided that they didn't want to put in the extra effort to determine that it wasnt 401 STREET but 401st AVENUE which is in caps on the package right next to the 401st.. i never put a "st" after the number so i think apple suggested this as the more correct address, ironically enough..
So although I could have had my phone tonight, I have to wait longer until Monday in anticipation for them to (hopefully) deliver it successfully.
Of all the potential reasons to not have it delivered, this is probably the only one im not really content with. Seems to be human negligence.

I've waited since 2007. If the next iPhone doesn't have my toothpaste dispenser on it, I'm outta here.
They did that with my iPhone too. My heart was racing and pounding and I told them no it’s here and landed successfully. The other UPS clerk said it’s in China 😁. 10 minutes later clerk comes out with my iPhone… I told him dude you almost gave me a heart attack. That’s a $2000 worth package. He was clueless. He didn’t even apologize or anything. Unhappy fella 😂✌️

I reached the 12 minute mark and they’re still searching. I’d apologize to the line starting to form behind me but … I probably helped them get their phones upfront. 😂🤣
Finally arrived!!! Thanks to all of you guys for making this iphone season a blast! Now time to go play…
They have it in there somewhere. Hopefully he comes out with it. Don’t leave the building without it.
If memory serves me well, @LasersGoPewPew got her phone before I did, and she too was late. I think the fates is waiting on her to get hers first. 😂🤣

Super pissed about the whole ordeal and will never order another iPhone online from Apple again. Never had an issue waiting in line at the Apple store and never left empty handed. This is the second delivery and second major hassle in a row. This year, ordered mine at 8:03 am last Friday. Girlfriend wanted one last night after and was able to order one for her this morning and pick it up in the afternoon…. She's already enjoying it.. But my order? Nope.. Looks like its going to get returned to Apple as I am leaving for a week vacation starting tomorrow morning. Nobody going to be around to receive it, and I flat out REFUSE to pay UPS the redirect fee when it's their fault for the delay in the first place.
