Ordered a 13 pro max 512gb in Sierra Blue for delivery next Friday! I’ve been holding out for a new phone for 2 months now since dropping my 11 pro max in a brine tank for a water softener and killing Face ID

My 7 plus is on its last legs (Despite being in perfect condition and replacing the battery twice, it discharges in a few hours ....I'm so over it). Skipped out on the 12 because -insert pandemic reasons - I am soooo ready for the 13.

I had been checking the store every day, a few times a day, since announcement, to see if there was a pre-pre order option going to be available. Nothing came up but I "favorited" my build as a way to hopefully speed up the process.

Low and behold, on Thursday when I am slammed with work and life, I don't not check until approx 9:00pm PDT....only to find out I missed the very narrow pre-pre order window by minutes. My wife on the other hand got a really timely email from apple to tell her about the pre-pre order, and she's not even interested in the damn thing. Me on the other hand :rolleyes:

BTW, it should have been available for pre-pre order until midnight PDT not an arbitrary early and inconvenient 9pm....but that's another issue

Oh well, my fault I guess for not having my head on a swivel....I got up at 4:45am to be ready. Store finally loaded on phone at maybe 5:04, raced through the purchase, couldn't select store pick up at all....placed a delivery order using pre-loaded apple card, and after some processing time it finally went through. I thought I was good, sigh of relief..... but have a delivery "Oct 6 - 11" ....FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!

Pro Max, White, 1TB

But they will happily ship the leather case to me on Sept 22....grrreeeaaaat, thanks /s

I'm seriously considered buying and returning a 12 twice to tide me over for another month.

If you can't guess - I'll admit, I'm salty.....

I couldn’t get 8AM. It wasn’t available!

I’m excited too! I like my Apple store and it’s barely 10 minutes away from me. It will be like standing in line to buy without having to camp out! (Never did that, btw) 😊

However, it is at least possible that the iPhone 13 Pro Max may be selling more than Apple expected.”

I will stop at Apple Store in about an hour or two. That green has ALWAYS been my favorite color case. The pics I've seen here...yeah still looks awesome.

I did however see this Dark Cherry posted by another member (which looks more like purple'ish on my iMac on the Apple site) Photos looks amazing to me.

I have to see this one in person, that is kind of tempting, again from the picture (Almost looks like that Bullstrap Sierra Brown color...with a hint of red I guess) - it would be different.

(I cannot go crazy this time with phone cases...I have 6 over here for 12 Pro Max that I have to unload now LOL )

Pre-Pre-ordered iPhone 13 Pro Sierra Blue and checkout process was smooth this morning! Processing emailed delivered at 8:01am. Hopefully those having Apple Card/Pay issues had their issues resolved. (Almost) Time to start refreshing the UPS advanced tracking page 😁

If anyone is into skins for their phone dbrand has their pre-orders for 13 Pro and Pro Max skins up.

In that lighting I do like it but I am curious in a brighter setting if it shows too purple or not. Take a pic in the store if they have any on display as the lighting in the Apple stores should show it better.

It’s because they offer the 24 months financing with the  card so it’s a conflict of interest with IUP because that program goes through Citizens One.

Then why did my wife's phone work just fine and mine fail? Both used AppleCard's and both on IUP.
 
Thanks for the reminders! My Wisteria case will be here today. Not sure why I didn’t order a band, but thinking I’ll order the braided Lavender band since it’s not available in the leather. That Dark Cherry is looking sexy too.
