got to the apple store alittle early and they let me pick up. the 15PM definitely feels oddly lighter, it’s a weird feeling. i know it’s only 4 nickels but it’s weird lol. setup was super easy with transfer

I'm annoyed by that post. Do you see the Costco receipt? Costco will accept returns on ANYTHING. They've had people buy patio furniture and use it for a season, and return it at the end of the season. I really hope Costco isn't taking back broken iPhones due to YouTubers looking to get a few clicks...

They may not even do that - I NEVER got an arrival scan at my local hub. It hadn't updated since 8:10 yesterday morning in Louisville. Then at 6:43 local time, I got a 'preparing for delivery'. It jumped all scans for departure/arrival so you may just jump to that prior to getting it out for delivery. Best of luck

I’m hoping this is the situation as it’s now 9:46am and still no update. I do have a delivery window of 11:15-3:15 which is around the normal time that UPS delivers to my house.

Officially "Out for Delivery" with a broad delivery range of 11:30 - 3:30. Now it's time to start watching the little UPS truck on the map hang out tantalizingly close-but-yet-so-far for hours on end wondering WHY DON'T YOU COME HERE NOW?!?!?! 😄

Just an update for those with Pickups that still show in-progress.

2 of my 3 phones showed ready for pickup in app.
1 of my 3 phones showed "processing" as the status.

I was able to pick up all 3 at 8am in the Cleveland (eastside) store this morning with no issues.
