Anyone else have their pre order getting shipped from Nevada? My wife pre ordered a blue pro max via T-Mobile and UPS has been saying since yesterday that it's in transit to them and we haven't gotten a single update since then, it's been over 24 hours now.

My iPhone came from KY and was at my door the next day.

iPhone 17 daily driver (currently using the Air but will return it).

iPhone 17 Pro when I need the cameras and extra battery life. I plan on using it during an upcoming vacation otherwise I wouldn't have upgraded.
I too plan on using the 17 Pro Max during an upcoming vacation as well! I just don’t want to be worried about missing the shot or running out of battery, solely because I decided to buy the pretty phone lol.

I've had packages sit in the "in transit" status for 2-3+ days. Annoying, but it is what it is. I'd give it another couple of days at least. Shipping depends upon from whom you ordered. Apple's shipping often arrives in 1-2 days. I have no idea what T-Mobile's shipping is like.

If your wife ordered from T-Mobile and it's coming from Nevada, well, that's likely just where T-Mobile's warehouse is. Apple has one in Southern California (somewhere around Ontario/Riverside, IIRC).

Ive pre ordered through T-Mobile a few times, phones always came from Kentucky. My iPhone got shipped from Kentucky and was at my door the following day. Seeing it come from Nevada is strange, but if I’m not mistaken, I believe Apple has a huge warehouse out there.

Hopefully tomorrow we get an update! Thanks for the response.

My 17 Pro Max 1TB (silver) is still processing :(

Mine was originally scheduled to be delivered launch date .. but got changed to Oct 10-17 on the launch day :(
Would like mine to be delivered closer to 7th and not 13th. Hopefully yours will move to 'Preparing to Ship' soon!

Picked up two phones on launch day in store, with mail-in trade in (UPS). Shipped the trade-in phones on Tuesday Sep 23rd, arrived Sep 25th, credit appeared on Apple Card Sep 30 & Oct 2. Trade-ins did not both get processed on the same day even though both arrived on the same day.

I ordered iphone 17 pro max on september 16, the order is still processing. Interesting part is that I received everything else. The watch came couple days after the order date and the airpods arrived 2 days ago. I am just waiting for the phone. What is the cause of this delay to be almost a month after the pre-order. The delivery date is between Oct. 8-15.

Your delivery date is between 10/8-10/15?

What's up with the blue? I didn't want a new phone after the keynote.... but then saw it in the store and hubby saw the orange. Seems there's NO blue available ANYWHERE! I put a random zip for back east even and no stores had it available!!!!!

I ordered my 17PM silver 512G on the morning of Sept 12, and it had an original delivery date range of Oct 7 - 14. The status just changed to shipped and the date range has now shifted slightly to Oct 6 - 13.

I preordered a blue 17 pro max on September 16th to replace a silver 17 pro max that gets a worse signal (-dBm) than my iPhone 16 pro max. My delivery window has been October 8th - October 15th and its just stuck on processing

I wonder if something is up with the blue and "scratch gate" because there are NONE available in the US when you check stock for in store pick up (and delivery is into November!)

I don't think it's color related. Maybe there's some production or tariff issue. Out of curiosity, I try to constantly keep track of stock in a couple of areas, and those areas have been a Pro Max desert starting from Wednesday-ish. I've only been able to find a single 2TB silver Pro Max near Boston (and I'm sure that'll be gone by the time people read this). Before, it wasn't too hard to find a Pro Max in any configuration with some work and time, but now it seems to be nigh impossible. I'm hoping next week will be better.
