Glad that they are catching up on the backlog. Is it coming from China or a domestic Distribution Center?

I think at this point if it goes preparing to ship to shipped and tracking says next day it will come from one of the warehouses in US.
That's certainly the case this year (and maybe last year). However, in past years, Apple has done next day delivery from China for iPhones. Back then, there was even a way to figure out which plane flight had your iPhone, and people were tracking their planes.
well its supposedly coming on wednesday (tomorrow) but UPS doesn't have the package yet and it's almost midnight so idk 🤔
My Orange 17 Pro Max should be delivered today. Waiting for it!!
what are your estimated arrival dates? Yesterday mine was still pending, and then around noon I noticed my card got charged, then it changed to shipped and is supposed to arrive today
17 Pro Max 256 GB Silver. My arrival dates were 10/7-10/14. I was charged and status changed to “Preparing to Ship” on Monday afternoon but as of this morning it still hasn’t shipped.
Well mine was supposed to be delivered today but it made the last flight of the night to dfw and didn't make it in time to get on the truck to take it to my city, so I won't get it until tomorrow
Actually I have to eat my own words, by the grace of God, it made it to my city and will be delivered today
Has anyone that ordered an orange 17 Pro Max 256 GB that has a delivery window from October 8th - 15th seen a change in status? My order still shows processing but the blue one is preparing to ship. In years past my orders always shipped earlier than the expected date listed. Just curious.

I just ordered my mom a iPhone 17 pro in silver 256 GB on October 3 and it says delivery is 20-27 of October
Once it hits "preparing to ship", it should be around 2-4 days to be shipped. So, today or tomorrow with luck.

Are apple's online estimates correct? It showing end of October/early Nov. now for a 17 PM 512 in silver.... 🙈
For shipping yes.. but today I started to see in stock to pick up in some stores. It was the first time I saw the Silver Pro Max 512 available to pick up
Yes, as taynasoldera said, but deliveries seem to be currently running towards the upper end of the range.
