T-Mobile app shows "Kept on Hold" even with a charged card and the UPS MyChoice app shows that the order has processed and is ready for UPS.

Changed the delivery preference to head to my home first since apparently MyChoice was gonna deliver it to a UPS Access Point which I cancelled.

Stoked to maybe have my phone by Monday.

Has anyone else shipped their trade-in to Assurant in PA? USPS hasn't updated tracking since 9/29 on one phone so just slightly concerned, even though status says it's in transit still.

No one in here has had an origin scan right? It has been since last evening since the order processed and is ready for UPS so I'm guessing they are waiting for the phones with the just labels ready at the moment?

Crude card has been charged and I found my new IMEI number and it shows active shipped but I’ve got nothing saying that it has been shipped from T-Mobile or UPS? Anyone ran into a problem like this before?

Your phone shipped, the T-Mobile app is extremely slow with updates since my order clearly shipped in the evening and only updated to shipped until 9PM. Don't worry, it's coming.

Sounds good. It’s delivering to work so I can’t do UPS my choice to track it. Just wish I had a tracking number of some kind.

Nope. Mine is still ready for UPS. Showing a Monday delivery since nothing has been scanned yet.

So I guess that means a phone has been "assigned" to me but not shipped out yet, and the actual shipping can happen anytime between now and Monday. The waiting continues, but at least there's a status update!

I don't think you need to. From previous orders I've done, UPS will leave the package at your doorstep, without a signature.

Final update on my end: the phone was delivered and is patiently waiting for me in my apartment’s delivery locker. Hope everyone else doesn’t have to wait much longer for their phones to ship!

Curious to see which accessories people are going to be buying for their devices when they arrive.

I was catering towards the Forest Green Leather but opted for silicone as I don’t think green leather ages well in the long-run. Also going to treat myself to a new watch band to match the green vibe!

Wow T-Mobile just delayed my order. First time this has even happened.
My estimate is now 10/23-11/06... words cannot express how mad I am.

Lol trust me I know your pain. Preordered on the 13th and everything was going fine till someone at ups stole or “lost” my iphone 11 pro max in MG. So I had to reorder a new one and by that time the expected delivery dates were 10/15 to 10/29

They may have had a problem with your payment method. Call them about it as soon as possible.

I was finally charged for my 128 GB purple sometime late last night. Shipping estimate changed to 10/7-10/9. My original estimate was 10/9-10/25 (order date 9/18).
