The way they handled it was so bad Apple should be ashamed to even be associated with that offer. They made it as difficult as possible on purpose I’m sure.
Mine is through T-Mobile. Same experience, it's one issue after another on their end, making it very difficult for customer to avail of the rebate. I was so frustrated I gave up, not worth the annoyance. I'm just gonna cancel the plan; I'm not using it anyways due to I'm always home due to remote work.
