I would go to that store as soon as possible and make sure they have one for you Tuesday because they screwed up.
I suppose it's kind of funny. Last time the store screwed up so I did it online this time and the exact same thing happened. They just have no record of it. I'm on my fourth rep right now since I got transferred to the wrong department. They told me the easiest way is to "just order it again." Uhhhh...
I just keep telling myself, "This is somebody ordering a luxury item, this doesn't really matter." But I still kind of want to burn something.
EDIT: Two hours talking to multiple reps.
Bottom line: You can't check the status of an order until it is shipped and Verizon doesn't process orders on the weekend.
