Still absolutely no movement on my order for two 256GB Pros, one purple and one silver. Verizon's order status still says expecting delivery 9/16, but they haven't actually shipped nor is there a tracking number.
Have you checked your UPS MyChoice account or FedEx Delivery Manager account? Sometimes it will populate there before it updates on VZW’s side.

There is a Verizon offer that seems too good too be true. With a trade in, you get can get the 14 Pro for $200 over two years. They usually make you upgrade your plan, which is how I assume they make their money back, but not for this one. My 5G starter plan qualifies. I've seen many people on here say they get their money back one way or another. So, is this too good to be true, or can I really pay less than $10 a month for two years and get the 14 Pro?

The credits are over three years, not two.
 
Verizon needs to stop sending me ad emails and give me my tracking number…my heart can’t take….lol

Silver over here, also with no shipping update via email, the Verizon app or in UPS or FedEx apps. I ordered an Apple Watch in the same order as my phone (confirmation at 7:01 am CST). I have tracking for the watch; 2 lb package in UPS so no way that includes my phone. The silver wait continues it seems but not surprised to see things moving in bunches by color as that seems to have been the way every time I've done this. And of course I always seem to pick the color that moves last...sigh....😕
 
Got an origin scan in CA for my space black pro. I reckon it'll jump on a plane towards Charlotte later tonight or early morning and be in town at a facility tomorrow afternoon. Then it'll be on the ups truck and I'll probably get it Friday around 1 after the driver takes his hour for dinner😜
 
I've had one of the worst pre-order experiences with Verizon this year :(

I ordered the following right when pre-orders went live on 09/09:
iPhone 14 Pro 256 Space Black (for me)
iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 Deep Purple (for my husband)

My order went through and charged to my bank account and then a few hours later the payment was reversed and Verizon told me I had to update my payment information. I did and it looked like it went through no problem.
Then on Saturday I got another notification my payment method needs to be updated, but only for my husbands iPhone??
I go to the order to update the payment method and when I try to it keeps saying error processing and that I need to call Verizon. I have called Verizon like 5 times and no one seems to know what the issue is. I even had this escalated...
My 14 Pro shipped on Monday (yay!), but my husband's order is still on hold and I cannot even update the payment method and no one at Verizon knows wtf is going on lol. They even tried to manually process my payment again and they were to not able to.
I know that my payment information is 100% correct and I have funds. The total amount went through no problem the initial date, so I really think this is some system glitch.

My last 4 phones have been the silver variation, this year I went black. Glad I did, I feel for you guys, don’t like being in limbo.

At least you guys have some kind of clue. I have zero info on when my device will arrive lol. I am hopeful for the 16th, but at this point doubt it. Thinking it may arrive next week or the week after.
