1. You would probably more than likely get a higher trade in deal with Verizon vs Apple.com.

2. I can’t answer #2 as I had my service a month before the 12PM was released. The best thing I would do is call Verizon in the morning and ask them the same question and see what answer they will give you.

In my opinion, I felt it might complicate things since pre-order time the servers are going to be slammed and on top if it to do this. It would have been great if I could do the prequality/early approval like Apple does for the iUP.
