14 PM Space Black 256 showing shipped and expected delivery for Tuesday this week. Live at a new apartment address then previous years and working on day of delivery. How has everyone’s delivery gone for signature required? Trying to add delivery instructions but that address isn’t in my FedEx account and not sure if I should call FedEx to see if they will drop the delivery.

FedEx delivered my phone last week. Although a signature was required, the driver set it on my porch and did not knock on the door nor ring the doorbell. The only reason I knew it was there is because I have status updates setup with FedEx and received an alert on my phone. This is not the first time FedEx has done this. On the other hand, sometimes when signature is required FedEx will knock on the door and ask for a signature.

Reached out today and they said that my "device was back ordered until 11/11." The miscommunication is real. Haha! Verizon customer support drives me insane.

I'm waiting on space black 1TB for 10/28 and getting worried.

I ordered my 256gb silver Pro Max this last Saturday the 15th, initial delivery was 10/28. I got the tracking info at 4:28 am this morning. Hopefully delivered by Thursday the 20th.

Yeah, I just checked with Verizon. They said that the only iPhone 14 Pro Max phones available "right now" are the 256gb Gold and Space Black. I'm temped to dump my 512gb order and get the 256gb. I don't know though. The 516gb will come in handy.

I ordered the 256GB Gold because it was available immediately and it was delivered the next day. I wished when I ordered the Space Black was immediately available. I would have gotten it instead.

If Verizon just hit my credit card does that mean my phone should be shipping soon?

Ordered on 9/30 and they charged my card, but the money came back after a couple of days. They just charged me again today so I'm praying for some action. Nothing showing on my account yet.

I placed my Verizon order in 9/9 and it has shown a Shipping Date of 11/30 since I placed the order. I ordered 1 14 Pro Max Deep Purple128, 1 14 Pro Space Black 128, and 2 Apple Watch Ultras. I have seen so many people who ordered afterwards receive their products. Verizon hasn’t been helpful after hours on the phone on multiple occasions. The store has been nicer but still unable to figure out why my shipping date is so far off if I ordered on Pre Order Day. Any suggestions?

I've had much better service with Verizon using chat. It seems telephone rep and store sales folks aren't anxious to help. That has been my experience. Chat rep cancelled my order, completed a new order, and had it in the mail all on the same day.

Thanks I did try them early on, but I’m willing to try anything at this point.
 
Verizon is killing me. My phone popped up as available at my local Apple store. I canceled my pre-order through Verizon so that I could pick up the 14 Pro Max at the Apple store. 5 hours later and I'm still not able to get the phone from the Apple store because the canceled Verizon order is stuck as pending. The Apple employees are being super cool and allowing me to reserve the phone, until Verizon gets their crap together. It's making crazy.

Why would the Apple store care if your Verizon order is pending?

I'm still wanting to use the financing through Verizon and get the $400 for my old phone trade-in. Verizon is not letting the order go through on Apple's end since I already have a pre-order in their system. It will not go through until the canceled pre-order is no longer in the system. I really do not know. This is all insane to me. I went to the Verizon store and the employee who was checking me in said that they could not do anything and that I would need to call tech support. I have been on the phone with Verizon 4 times today, visited the Apple store twice, and went to the Verizon store once. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. 😆

Okay, you probably should have not cancelled that Verizon order. Good luck and I hope it all works out.

For those who took advantage of the $800 trade in offer, how is your experience going with shipping your old phone to Verizon?

I went to the UPS Store to ship because Verizon sent me a prepaid UPS label with my new phone although the new phone came via FedEx. The UPS clerk was very busy and tossed my package to the side. That concerned me but nothing I could do. I ask how much for insurance and he stated that I could not add insurance because the shipping label can’t be altered. He said Verizon has already prepaid insurance with the shipping cost. He was not believable but once again, nothing I could do. He did give me a receipt with a tracking number but so far all the tracking says it that my package was received. No movement whatsoever. According to the label, the destination is less than 2 hours drive from the UPS store where I shipped from. I was expecting by the next day to see the tracking say the package was delivered.

Actually went well for the trade this time. Two other years it was delivered but never anything until we escalated. And then it still took like a month. But at least it was finally approved. Can't find the tracking anywhere, but the VZW trade in status shows I shipped it Tue Oct 27, and I'm almost sure it showed delivered on tracking Fri Sep 30. Then it shows the trade was approved Thu Oct 4.
