Morning everyone. Was in hopes to see a tracking number for phone still nothing, Did order a watch ultra 2 from apple and nothing on that order also. Both still saying 9/22 so not really worried just yet. Happy iphone eve everyone!

That reference number is definitely unique to your phone/order. Good chance it shows up tomorrow if UPS has a label with a delivery date.
After being held in San Bernardino all week mine made it to Memphis this morning and I got a narrower window for delivery tomorrow.
Ok, for anyone chomping at the bit for a tracking number you will get it. I just now received my UPS tracking number, literally 2 minutes ago.
That's interesting cause Apple is in California then they had to send to Memphis then back. Strange huh?
My apartment has an Amazon Hub, and what they typically do is have someone sign from the clubhouse (an employee) and throw it in a locker.
Oddly, with my Verizon order number it showed an actual reference. However if I added the 000 to the order number it could not find the reference. I’m sure you’ve tried it without?
No, they will bring it back to the hub where the truck came from. I have lockers in my building as well. But if the package requires a signature they must take it back. I have driven to a FedEx hub in the Bronx to get a package I missed.
I just got a shipping notice from CA where the label was created. I'll be interested to see if it makes it all the way to AL for delivery tomorrow. It shipped with Fedex.
Yes they hold them until it's time for delivery. People with 2 day shipping probably have seen updates overnight or this morning.
It's a well oiled machine. By now UPS and FedEx have most if not all of the inventory in their possession, and when it's time they'll send it through their network for delivery. Most of that will happen tonight.
I see I have UPS next day air saver I am assuming that is a one day service
Yes one day service. It will be on a plane tonight to your closest UPS air hub, moved to your closest delivery hub and loaded on a truck for delivery by tomorrow morning.
No penalty. Just don't pay off until you are wanting to upgrade or you forfeit the credits.
I could be wrong but my Verizon app says it shipped back when I ordered it. So I think these guys are right. If you got that 9/22 date your stuff was already at ups or FedEx waiting. Now it’s just whenever they scan it.
