Mine was supposed to arrive between 10-2. FedEx canceled routes. Got an email saying Monday delivery. Went to the local FedEx which is how I found out they canceled routes. They wouldn’t release it to me because they haven’t made an attempt. You would think that a customer coming in they could scan it and pass it over.🤦

Awesome. I’ve been struggling setting mine up. My iTunes won’t sync my music. I have no clue why. I googled and everything.
Even though my phone is up and running with all of the apps that I redownloaded (set up as new), my laptop is still backing up my 14PM to iTunes. I’ve been backing it up since 4:30pm 🤷🏽♀️
My 9/29 never moved up even though the reference on UPS said it was coming today. I guess we need to take those with a grain of salt. Still no movement on verizon, says order placed 9/15. Hopefully it get’s moving soon, first year I’ve actually missed it release day.
I hope you get it before the end of next week.
Yes I am loving the new color from the deep purple. The new cases have also been a bonus.
I’m really liking my pro max so far. Set up/transfer from my 12 mini was shockingly smooth. Still figuring out the new features (such as what I want to do with the action button).
You should be able to as long as it’s unopened. The only thing is you have to return it in 30 days and pay a $50 restocking fee.
So last night I saw my purchase go through TD alerts again, and again it was declined and I had to verify it was me purchasing the phone. Once I did that the status changed to shipping soon. I woke up this morning it was marked as shipped and a label was created and expected by Tuesday with UPS, good stuff! Glad you are enjoying the new color, they are really nice! What cases did you get? I really like the Mulberry one.
Mine said Signature Required, as well, but all FedEx did was leave it at the front door. Didn't even ring the bell or knock!
I have the Caudabe Celestial Blue Synthesis, and the Spigen Magnetic Ultra Hybrid in clear, and I preordered the Caudabe Lucid Crystal Clear and Celestial Blue.
I had to sit in my bedroom which faces the parking lot of my complex to watch the ups driver to make sure he didn’t walk past my building in case it needed a signature which it did.
I waited to order mine until the 19th. My Verizon contact who runs one of the local stores says mine should be in anywhere from the 6th to the 13th, so if you ordered on the 15th it should be in by next week at the latest hopefully. Part of me wishes I would have just gone with the regular pro like I have for years previously as I would likely already have it in my hands, but man I want that new zoom. Good things come to those who wait I guess, lol.
Delivered yesterday on time. However FedEx just left box at my door! No signature or anything. Didn't even ring doorbell. I was home waiting of course. Anyway, see y'all next year on this thread 
If I did an "Upgrade and Return" with Verizon can I drop the return phone off at a corporate store or do I have to ship back? Always scared of shipping an expensive phone back by UPS ground.

Well that’s good, do you have an ETA on the webpage for your order? Mine actually moved up sooner, it had said Tuesday but now it is Monday. I wish it had shipping on Sunday lol! It will definitely be worth the wait, you will be glad you didn’t settle!
I took mine to the store. I would try it. The last two times I sent them in they tried to rip me off.

I ordered online, took it in and told the guy I needed to hand in my trade in. He looked it over, did something on his tablet and said I was good. I asked for proof of drop off and he gave me a paper receipt and sent an email to me.
