I know UPS is delivering a package tomorrow. So I don’t think all the companies are observing a holiday.
I heard they were working but wasn’t sure. The warehouses and planes usually don’t stop either. But either way it’s Friday October 13th this week and a lot of peoples phones are due for delivery. Tick tock Verizon. The second I get anything. An email a tracking number I’ll be here to report. 🫡
My package's delivery alludes to "ECONOMY 2-5 DAY SHIPPING" so it may not be UPS this time. See below:
So it may be USPS, or Fedex. Who knows? I won't know until Friday. If no tracking number, I'll be marching into my local Verizon store with my order (on the app) in hand.

Those of you canceling to do Apple Store or Best Buy or something, are you just giving up on the 3-year promotion or is there some way to get it through another retailer? I'm about to return my 15 PM White 512 to the Apple Store within the return window and re-order through Verizon to take advantage of the trade-in upgrade offer but seeing these long ship times is giving me pause.
I thought it was the same trade in offer on Verizon, Apple, and Best Buy. Unless the phone is damaged. Unless you paid in full, it’s always 3 years contract through Verizon.
I have a loyalty offer for 1k instead of the 830. I don’t think I can use them with an upgrade at Best Buy or Apple. I could be wrong but thats the reason I cancelled my Apple order because Verizon gave me a loyalty offer I couldn’t refuse.
oh yeah definitely, loyalty offers are only through Verizon. Costco has it's own offers as well if you do an upgrade/new line through them.
This year is the first time Apple and all the big carriers lock everyone into 3-year contracts instead of the usual 2-year contracts.
We'll see come Friday.

Oct 30 - Nov 07 for my 15 Pro. I sure hope that I'll arrive earlier than that.
from the way things have been heading, there is a chance it might be Nov 7th when its shipped out, sadly. Hope you get them early though!

After quite the affair dealing with Verizon fraud department because my order got flagged or something - my 15Pro NTi said it would start shipping 10/10 but when my order was finished it said estimated 10/27 x.x
I read somewhere that Verizon prioritizes new customers/ports? I have seen the WTi take a while and all PM models but was hoping regular Pro models would make it through the cracks. Sigh.

Adding a data point. Ordered 9/27 through Costco upgrade, original delivery was 9/23-10/13. Paid Amex Apple Pay, so got the email on Saturday saying order on hold and paid again on Saturday (Oct 7th). Kept saying delivery 10/13, just noticed the phone shipped today through UPS. Just the shipping label created as of now, but it's progress.

Something to add, seems like if you see the device payment agreement generated on your docs https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/secure/ui/bill/docs/#/ it is getting ready to ship soon. But YMMV.
excellent info and also if the ship date disappears from the order page that also means it’s going to ship soon I have neither. Just a purchase agreement for the $120 taxes and upgrade fee.
I canceled my upgrade order from 9/19 because of the date being moved to 10/27 (originally 10/6) and today I re-ordered and decided to just wait it out, my new ship date now is 10/30-11/3 so it wasn't too bad.
Here's the kicker they let me upgrade and sitll get $1000 trade credit for my 11PM on Unlimited Welcome ($40) instead of the Unlimited Plus ($55) requirement. They also waived my upgrade fee.
I'm back to the arms of vzw and hopefully I won't get screwed when the bill comes out.. 😅

I checked my docs using the link that @tharitm provided and I clicked on "my purchase" PDF link and it shows me a blank page no receipt. No proof of purchase either.
Finally, I have not gotten an email from Verizon, but I have a tracking number.
