Looks great! Once yours shipped it got there quick. I’m convinced Verizon has no white whatsoever. The blue looks good but subtle. Let me know if you experience any of the finish scratches people are experiencing. 👍

I had 11/17 ship date. I called Verizon and was told that it’s still tracking like that. It may change and even ship weeks earlier. I didn’t want to gamble and see.We'll see. I ordered a white one on Thursday. My local Apple stores has them so I think stick is catching up. They are still saying Nov 17 for delivery but I cant imagine it'll take that long.
Yup you saw Verizon basically replaced their 3-year promotion with a "Free iPhone 15 Pro on us" and went on to say blah blah can be on an existing line or new blah blah and didn't say much about trade in values.anyone notice some trade-in credit values for other carriers are down now?

I’m glad most got theirs already on the forum. Enjoy your new devices! I’ll keep my 13 pro max and just live with having to charging it up because the battery life sucks. Oh well. I only wanted White because my Cat died and he was white and my best friend. Just the icing on the cake to a terrible year.

My son is going to be getting his first phone soon and the will give him a 'free' 14 pro but that's with the UP plan. With the cheaper plan and paying more for the phone, it actually is a better deal that way.

If your card is charged it’s getting ready to ship.Quick question, my original ship date was October 6th, then pushed back to 10-27. Verizon just charged me when I paid off my 13 pro max and the tax for the 15 pro max..does that mean a shipping date should appear soon?

Verizon is definitely holding onto stock for new lines. My friend added a line of the same phone Im ordering and they had the phone within a few days. It’s insulting to someone like me so has been patiently waiting for my turn. I also find it funny they’re saving them for new lines/accounts when Verizon has been losing more customers than they’ve been gaining lately. So in the end all they’re doing is upsetting loyal customers. First world problems totally though.Something interesting I noticed is how the shipping times change when you pick new line vs upgrade. New line iPhone 15 Pros seems to be ready to be delivered early as 17th but upgrades are delayed.

I just cared about getting my iPhone but luckily for me they went through and funny enough, this was more in line with my original plan which was to wait until after launch (October-November) and get a green iPhone 15 Plus before they announced the 3-year promotion. One family member is retired; another isn't. Why do you think I got these discounts for my 15 PM? You wanna notice how a rep isn't from America? Hint: Look at their English; they tend to speak in broken English.So I received this in my email. I know this should reset once my device ships but the way the email is worded it infers I’ve had my device for 10 days already and time is running out.
I contacted Verizon wireless and wanted to tell them that this email is confusing especially since I got an email saying my order was delayed. Now I’m getting emails telling me I only have so many days to get my old device back. They’ve taken so long to ship my order even their system is confused. Well long story short the rep didn’t seem to understand what I was telling them and just kept repeating the like my order will ship on the 27th I told them I understand that but I shouldn’t be getting emails telling me I need to return my old device and the way the email is worded it infers I’ve had my new device for 10 days.
Then I realized they’re outsourced and there is a language and understanding barrier. When did Verizon start outsourcing their customer service? I’ve been with them 12 years but I rarely ever call or contact and when I did I’ve always gotten someone competent and understanding. This time it’s like they don’t live in the US and have probably never used Verizon wireless.
They’ve really gone down hill. From confusing emails. Over promising and under delivering from Apple. The network is getting slower and unreliable. Cutting corners everywhere. I feel like I’m using sprint now.

Sounds like to me that they DO expect to send your new iPhone out on or before the 27th. Remenber my order had my 15 PM listed for October 13th to be sent out but they actually shipped it out on the 11th and I got my PM last Friday. So you might get your new iPhone likely by the end of this week or the beginning of next week. So Verizon might think it's too late to get your old phone back. My old 13 mini is still here with me. I will be dropping it off at an UPS store next week. It's sitting in that envelope that I showed off in one of my pictures earlier in this page. It says on the website says November 12th is the deadline for me.
