I guess you just will not be able to understand it with what you have to use, move on, I will.

Gladly. This topic has been a joke. I dont know why you keep at this, what you said would happen did not. This is the secound time you have been found out and I will be joining the others in adding you to the ignore list.

I dont have a problem with you personally, but I think it was quite wrong to get peoples hopes up as a game.

Bye

Oh it will happen, just not today. And most will want one badly. I was right the first time out (small details like speed of the ram were wrong, sue me, next time I will find out what kind of capacitors it will have for you  ) Ignore me all you want, dont care. My hopes were dashed too ya know, I planned on ordering one.

See ya

Sorry, I told you these things happen all the time, they chose not to unleash the goodness today. What can I say? *shrugs*

Keep in mind my big hint....I said I wanted this iBook G4 1.33Ghz cause it was the "LAST" G4 going to be made! HINT HINT FREAKIN HINT, lol.

Haha, I would expect something like this from a 12 year old with nothing better to do, but not someone in their thirties!

By the way, I heard something about another really cool Apple announcement tomorrow, but bear in mind, Apple tends to cancel these types of events VERY FREQUENTLY. But trust me, if they have it tomorrow, you guys are going to be impressed!

What, they're not making anymore G4 iBooks?!? Which high level friend at Apple let you in on this top secret nugget of information? I would keep quiet on that one if I were you, don't want those lawyers after you!

Seriously, buddy, all you did is predict the clock speed and disk speed. You don't need some sort of connection with Apple to figure out that iBooks take the old speeds from the PowerBooks once they've been upgraded. Oh yeah, and 4200rpm drives, that was a good one, I had my money on 4199rpms. Now your latest prediction:

"Apple will release something sometime in the future that people on this forum will want."

Listen to yourself! For now I will get my info from Kevin Rose, ie. someone with a real connection.

I think I'll just take an educated guess

I would base the iBook replacement on the new Mini. It will probably have a better screen than the current iBook. So long as the integrated graphics are better than the current iBook, then it shouldn't be that bad. In don't remember anyone ever being excited about the iBook graphics chip in the past and saying it would be really fast for games, ever!

Perhaps the real surprise will be the new Mac Book design with the 13 inch wide display and weight. Built-in iSight will be a nice bonus. Apple probably won't exceed this product I made up from my head.

They probably didn't want to release this product today because it would distract from the leather iPod cases. Plus Apple doesn't have anything for next month for the 30 year anniversary except perhaps ballons.

We all need to think different

hey guys, chasingapple might not be lying. He's just sorely misunderstood.

chasingapple, I'm sorry that what you saw did not come out yesterday, but has it occured to u that maybe whatever Apple shows you always comes out the presentation *after* the next?

I think its Apples way of throwing people off the scent, discouraging potential "leakers".

chasingapple, maybe next time u should post some disclaimers saying that the products will come out within the next 2 presentations?

in any case, its a great time to be an Apple fanbois.

Hi Damien,

Thanks for calling this guy for the fraud he is. I appreciate it. All in all this was an embarrassing day for Apple. A $2.00 leather case made in China that wil rip off foolish Apple fanboys, and an overpriced toaster oven boom box. This is what Apple could not push out fast enough at Macworld? Even Phil Schiller was too embarassed to introduce these turkeys.

Honestly, I think chasingapple is just some 12 year old kid.

I have never in my life heard a 30 year old use the word 'lol' once in a while, let alone once a sentence. And there are many other hints in the way he types (HINT HINT FREAKIN HINT LOL etc.) that lead me to believe this.

I guess we just associate with different types of 30 year olds. Some of the ones I know wouldn't even know what it means let alone use it in a sentence.

ROFLMFAO!!! Yeah, it does seem I'm catching all of the frustration for what Apple announced today huh! Ahh well, us 30'something people are old enough to know we can use any LOL we LOL want at our LOL age. Isnt it sad that SOME people have resorted to how I use LOL as another reason to attack? LOL!

"Some people", lol.

Yeah, I guess you are getting a lot of blame. I was a little hot-headed earlier, sorry! In hindsight, this was a pretty small event that the media (and rumors) overhyped. Oh, well... can't wait for April Fools! I can see it now: Steve walks on stage, smiles and says confidently, "LOL"

now i don't know if this guy is for real. i don't really care. i do know, however, that all rumors point to an incredibly innovative, out there, beautiful, and well built macnine on apples 30th. And it sounds to me like that might be the ibook.

ok, so part of that was helped by chasingapples or whoever he is. but dude, you have to give us something. give us a part number, so we can check with it afterwards to see if you aren't just a stupid, 12 year old attention grabbing liar. otherwise, don't expect people to think anything better than that of you.

I agree with the bad taste that was left in many mouths the longer this thread became. It is both sad and laughable when people beat on the drums so loudly that they are inevitably remembered for the wrong reasons.
