Waiting for Quad Core 27" iMac - Australia

Finally got mine from the Burwood MAC1 reseller....

It's about time... waited for a whooping 3 months for this i5 computer...

Currently installing programs and etc but everything seems fine soo far... no dead pixels, no yellow tinge (yet) or any problems thus far... basically so far so good =]

If you've been waiting before Jan 2010, i suggest you give your reseller a ring and see what's been happening with your iMac. Apparently a load of stock, i5s, just came in.

My i7 iMac ordered on the 22nd of Feb finally arrived yesterday on the 19th March. Totally love it, except for the yellow tint. Purchased apple care with it, having the screen replaced.

dont be so rediculous

you have up to a year to purchase apple care! nothing to worry about.

You get on-site repairs with apple care I'm pretty strong, but I prefer a service person to come to me than to lug a 20kg/42 pound computer back to the store.

lol on-site repair doesnt mean squat to me. they wouldnt come out to me. i live like an hr from the apple store.

Got my iMac this morning. its awesome no problems at all. And wow what a screen

One prob of my own though is that when im on the net (im on WiFi) it's got a problem where it loads some websites and not some others ?

myne is a 2010 week 12 machine, custom built.
