If you double-click the home button from the lock screen (a shortcut to open Wallet), it opens un-zoomed and usable. I'm sure this'll be fixed soon, but that's a workaround for now.

Getting an odd issue with the public beta on the iPhone 6 - Apple Pay and so on works fine using Wallet but the Wallet app always opened "zoomed" in ? e.g. the text and so on is cut off at the end of the screen as it's zoomed in - same with all passes and credit cards.

Anyone else having this issue ?

The issue is reported on the Apple forums here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7239219?searchText=iphone wallet zoomed in

Help get it attention by clicking 'I have this question too' and filling out a bug report: https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

This doesn't open the wallet for me. Is there something I have to set to make that work?

Upgraded with iCloud backup from a 5S to 6S today, and have the same issue, iOS 9.0.1. Was trying to delete a card but couldn't hit the "i" icon. Eventually got it. A bit annoying but, oh well.

Double clicking on the lock screen doesn't open wallet for me. Maybe only countries with Apple Pay?

Upgraded today from 5s to 6s, restored from an encrypted iTunes backup. Same issue as everyone else.

In a little world of my own
So here is the issue. If you set the display to zoomed mode the wallet is fine (not zoomed), switch display to not zoomed then wallet is zoomed! Someone has a boolean the wrong way round :D

Interestingly, if you switch the phone to Zoom view the wallet app and all its cards render properly. But switching back to Standard View does not fix the problem... everything in the Wallet app is still zoomed.

Is there an echo in here :)

So interesting note above, restoring may have been the key, I did restore from a 5 to a 6S so screen size change, although new cards were added on the 6S (for Apple Pay use), there were existing ones there.

Hopefully will be fixed in upcoming release.

Looks like Weather and Watch app are also affected, just not as obvious..
Not seeing the weather app impacted here at all. Don't have an Apple Watch (so far I like mine old school and mechanical!

For the people who have it working...have they restored from a 5s or set up as new phone. Apparently setting it up as a new phone resolved the issue

Fine on my 6s (restoring from a 6), cropped on my partner's 6 (restoring from a 5s). It seems like it might have to do with the restore from a 4" to the 4.7"?

I got a new 6s Plus (restored from my iPhone 6 backup and my Wallet app works just fine). But I gave my iPhone 6 to my mum, and I restored her 5s backup to the 6. Her Wallet app is zoomed in.

Same issue here. 6s restored from a 5s. Called Apple support this morning and talked to three people. The third rep said that my likely fix would be to wipe it and set the phone up as new. However, he said he would contact Apple engineering and get back to me with their response...which will probably take a few days. With any luck, they'll have a different fix (that doesn't require hours and hours of labor to get our phones back to the way we like them), or best case, we'll see a 9.0.2 update soon (just my speculation).

New 6s restored from a 5s. Same issue. Wallet, Weather, and Health are all zoomed. Wallet is unuseable. Weather and Health are useable but annoying. This is a glaring oversight and I don't know how this passed final QA.

This is happening to me to on my new 6s with both the weather app and wallet app. I setup the phone from an encrypted backup that was from a 5s on iOS 9.0. My wife does not have the issue coming from an encrypted backup of a 5s on iOS 8.4.1.

Go into Wallet & Apple Pay settings and toggle 'Double-Click Home Button'. Although it was on by default for me. I just couldn't get it into my head that all I had to do was double-click instead of single click with my normal home button clicking thumb (somehow I assumed Touch ID would take me to the home page so was double clicking with a non Touch ID finger, duh...)

I went to an Apple Store yesterday and spoke to a Genius tech about this. their official stance is that you can't restore from a backup, that you have to start fresh with a new phone. unfortunately i like to carry over all my settings, messages, photos, etc so that isn't an option for me. i hope Apple posts a bug fix soon. until then i guess we're stuck with the double-click on the lock screen workaround.

If they don't want us to restore from a backup then they need a mechanism to put our data, settings etc. back without third party solutions. I buy a new phone and don't want to have to redo everything that I've done over the years etc. I'd love to start clean but can't do it.

I don't think that stance is going to cut it now that Apple has watch backups tied to iPhone backups. Also, now that users are using these devices to track health, they can't be expected to simply throw the data away because they upgraded to a newer device. iCloud backups were designed to allow users to setup new phones from backups of the old ones (it's clearly stated during the setup process) so it sounds to me like the Genius rep was back peddling.

This is clearly a bug with iOS 9.0 as it didn't happen with a 5s backup created from iOS 8.4.1 that was used to setup a 6s. Hopefully the fix the bug soon. It may be related to the iOS 9.0 app thinning feature which apple delayed due to a bug involving backups from older devices not scaling the applications correctly when used to setup new devices. It seems apple is aware of the issue, but did not correct it with their own apps (i.e. disable app thinning of their own apps until the issue is corrected like they've already done with 3rd party developers).
