For the people who have it working...have they restored from a 5s or set up as new phone. Apparently setting it up as a new phone resolved the issue

Fine on my 6s (restoring from a 6), cropped on my partner's 6 (restoring from a 5s). It seems like it might have to do with the restore from a 4" to the 4.7"?

Same issue here. 6s restored from a 5s. Called Apple support this morning and talked to three people. The third rep said that my likely fix would be to wipe it and set the phone up as new. However, he said he would contact Apple engineering and get back to me with their response...which will probably take a few days. With any luck, they'll have a different fix (that doesn't require hours and hours of labor to get our phones back to the way we like them), or best case, we'll see a 9.0.2 update soon (just my speculation).
I would suspect a "reset all settings" would solve it. About the same as set up as new as far as these types of issues. But a lot easier and keeps your stuff. Someone with the issue should try it and report back.

I just tried this and unfortunately it did not work.

Even though I backed up my phone before I reset all settings, when I restored, I had to set up touch ID and Apply Pay again - just a heads up in case anyone else was thinking of trying it.

i tried updating through iTunes to iOS 9.0.2 thinking maybe it would work better than the OTA. The bug still persists. Also the bug report I submitted through Apple bug reporter was listed yesterday as a duplicate of another bug that has been closed. I was really hoping the fix was in this release. I don't want to setup as new and have to reconfigure both my watch and my iPhone. This bug is really unacceptable.

just did a clean install with 9.0.2 and the issue isn't there anymore - cards are normal zoom.

When i double click the home button to use apple pay, it looks normal. When I access Wallet from my home screen, its still zoomed in.

Had this issue on iPhone 6 when upgrading from GM to full release with a backup. Restoring without a backup fixed it. Created a backup afterwards and restored that to my 6s with no issues. Seems to be an iOS 9 bug that has yet to be squashed.

So either way you had to start over fresh clean install?

I found the same thing with the iPhone 6s and each of the three software releases. Pesky, as the zoom on Wallet is just sufficient to put the active part of the information button off the screen edge.

As folks describe, setting the display to zoomed makes the Wallet contents regular-sized.

Just FYI, this bug is now fixed with iOS 9.1 Public Beta 3 (available now). Just enroll your device and update.

EDIT: Going to the beta erased all my existing text conversations. Ugh... gonna restore back to yesterday.

This is why they invented Time Travel on the Apple Watch ;)

After restoring, I got all my messages back and it's still running iOS 9.1b3 -- with working Apple Wallet. So all is good!
