Does the Watchdots company ever respond to messages/ emails, etc?! I bought the just before the XLs were announced. The ones I got are too small, you can see a red rim (you have to be quite centered to minimize the effect and I wasted 2 dots that way). They did not respond to any of my emails (bounced back as undeliverable) or tweets asking if it’d fit as I was awaiting my order (which took forever), and have ignored the still polite tweets and emails (via website form this time) so far asking about the discount for the XLs mentioned in this thread. The lack of customer support is atrocious. If they were on Amazon, they’d get their butts kicked out immediately. If I have to post negative reviews in more places than this to get their attention, then I’ll start doing that.

I placed my order a month and half ago. Two weeks went by and I never received it. They’ve sent me another set of dots and nearly two weeks later I still don’t have anything.
The shipping address I’ve confirmed with them 2x. It’s my place of work. First class mail doesn’t taken anywhere near 14 days to go coast to coast.

I’ve placed one more order shipped to my home address in good faith that it will actually come through. I fully expect a refund for my original order too.

I’m very frustrated though.

Never mind, I figured it out. You have to select the product you want then in the product select XL. Just made an order. Hope to get it soon.

Got my order today. It took forever to ship, and after reading about how the dot didn’t cover the red fully, I’d emailed them for a refund. The person who responded offered to change the order to the XL size and it shipped out very quickly after that. The packaging actually didn’t indicate if these are XL size or not, but it appears to cover up all of the red, so I’m happy. I really didn’t like the attention-getting red dot, and especially since I’ve got an Ultra Violet band on order, they were going to clash! I was skeptical after reading these reviews, but I’m actually very happy with the result.

I’m in PA. My original email re: a refund was sent this past Monday, they shipped out on Tuesday, and I received them today. Prior to this email exchange though, I’d placed my original order at the end of September. Maybe they have a lot of the XL stock on hand now, though!

Could you attach another image of the WatchDot at a head on angle? Curious to see it up close. I order the XL for my Gray Ceramic watch in black. Wanted to see how well it looks. Thanks.

Sure, here you go. You can see a very slight red outline on one side but to me it seems like I didn’t have it exactly centered. At any rate, to the naked eye, you can’t even see that tiny sliver of red so I’m not going to try to reposition it.

Appreciate that. Yea it is probably misaligned. Hopefully, they ship mine soon. I am afraid they won't given all the bad reviews I am reading.

Still waiting for a refund for my first order that I never received.
Waiting for my new order to get shipped.

Worst case scenario I do a chargeback. Since it is only $9.99 I am sure my credit card company will just give me a courtesy credit and be done with it. I will give these guys a shot. It seems like they are the real deal but they are only run by a couple of guys so the customer service sucks. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

Sent you some emails back...

They still have not sent mine out yet. Order 346843088064846. Not sure how long it takes to punch holes out of Vinyl and slip it in the mail. I will give them another week to ship it.

Sounds like this company Lacks being responsive to the customer for returns or inquiries. It's not always the best sign of a productive business or they have limited resources.
