Does the Watchdots company ever respond to messages/ emails, etc?! I bought the just before the XLs were announced. The ones I got are too small, you can see a red rim (you have to be quite centered to minimize the effect and I wasted 2 dots that way). They did not respond to any of my emails (bounced back as undeliverable) or tweets asking if it’d fit as I was awaiting my order (which took forever), and have ignored the still polite tweets and emails (via website form this time) so far asking about the discount for the XLs mentioned in this thread. The lack of customer support is atrocious. If they were on Amazon, they’d get their butts kicked out immediately. If I have to post negative reviews in more places than this to get their attention, then I’ll start doing that.
