Sounds like this company Lacks being responsive to the customer for returns or inquiries. It's not always the best sign of a productive business or they have limited resources.

Yeah I’m really trying to give this place a chance. But if I don’t hear back from an email within one week I’m giving up. There’s no excuse for that.

I don't know why companies like this don't get it that in today's day with social media and the ease of spreading things and going viral, how much it hurts a company to treat customers this way.

Nope ... shipped Friday according to the folks at WatchDots. Should that really be the case I expect them to arrive by no later than Tuesday/Wednesday this upcoming week.

This is getting ridiculous. I use to run an online business so I understand things can be held up. I am very understanding. At the very least they should be putting an alert on their website that they are backed up and to not expect shipping for X amount of days. I can't imagine the amount of chargebacks they are getting. If mine is not shipped in the next few days I am submitting a chargeback and going with the dbrands version.

Absolute horrible customer service. Also, iJustine recently made a review on Watch Dots so there are probably alot of other people who are trying to order too.

I had to send a lot of emails to have something get done. I hope your order gets out soon!

Customer service could really use some work though. I mean when they respond it’s great. But getting them to respond is another thing, lol.

Finally arrived. Easy to install, happy with purchase.

Mine has not shipped yet. I am thinking of asking for a refund or doing a chargeback in a week. I was hoping to see a picture with a watch with the red dot covered up with black. I guess you wanted the red dot lol.

I am more pissed they do not have any sort of indication on their website they are back ordered. Additionally, they had slow shipping times before iJustine did a YouTube review. So they must have a lot of orders that have not been shipped.

You only purchased one day before me too! Mine still hasn't even shipped.

I don't feel like I fully understand the reason for a dot, Red or not, on the Apple Watch 3.
From my guess, it is merely to show a differentiation to the other Apple Watch models, no?

But, do we really need a Red dot to tell us this? Isn't the model type written inside the grove where the band goes?

Apparently I have been put on the expedited shipping list now. Hopefully, I get it soon. I hope to see review for the brand version soon.

I got my WatchDots in today and I wanted to give my overall review.

Things I Like: The XL covers the dot fairly well. I had to try applying it twice. Thankfully it comes in three. However, it is still not perfect. At a distance, people will not notice at all. I like the black dot better than the default red dot with my Grey Ceramic.

Things I Hate: Their website had no indication there was a backorder and shipping delay. Their customer service is horrible. It took over three weeks for me to get my WatchDots. Also, after doing some reading, it looks like they did not adequately warn people that the non XL does not fit the new watch. Last, the price does not seem worth it. $4.99 at most.

All in all, I am not sure if I can recommend the company. On one hand, the product works fairly well. Unfortunately, that is about it. I know DBrand has a similar version of this. Would love to see someone give that a shot. https://dbrand.com/shop/apple-watch-series-3

They sent me more dots today for no reason what so ever. Only charged once. I am happy I have more replacements. However, just goes to show how badly mismanaged they are.

Would someone post pictures of the AW 3 with a dot cover? I have the gray Edition, and frankly I can't see any problem with the red crown. Perhaps the red looks more muted on the Edition than on the Sports model. It really seems rather discreet on my watch.
