after updating to 26.4 b1, I had to re-link AppleWatch and iPhone. Watch got fully unresponsive and didn't even accept passcode

Not 100% certain but I think the control centre animation is different, the buttons kinda animate inwards.

Main one I've seen is you have to "download" watch faces now.
You can see I have the Infograph face downloaded, and the other ones aren’t.

no just showing the empty screen and repeating to ask for passcode in a loop ...
Anyone having issues with Siri requests after 26.4 update? I see that the Watch captures what I say on the screen, it keeps spinning for about 30 seconds and shows a variation of "Sorry, could you say that again?"

Yes, I see the same thing you do at least 50% of the time. I reported it using the Feedback app, and hopefully more people will and they'll address it.

Oh, I ran into that problem as well! If it’s a bit of a nuisance, you can try turning off “Raise to Speak,” which that setting will take precedence over “Hey Siri” for commands.
That’s a bit strange.
Were you swimming with your Apple Watch, or did you use it in water frequently? If so, did you activate the water lock?
Also, is your watch securely fastened? If it’s too loose or if any shirt sleeves or bracelet are getting caught under the watch, try moving them out of the way and tightening the band.
I already had it off, but toggled it just to give it a try. It did not help. Submitted a ticket.

26.4.1 beta has fixed a problem I had with workouts. Starting a rowing workout with Siri used to take me to "other" workout with the two arrows to the right. I reported this a couple of times to Apple using feedback and in the latest beta it’s now fixed and goes straight to the indoor rowing workout. So thank you, someone at Apple.

That’s totally a bug then. We do have other AW wearers sharing this same issue too; so please share your feedback ID so others can add it to their report.

They may not have processed/added yours into the pool yet, that is not what I am seeing for the report I submitted.
Weird. Siri is working just fine in mine (well fine is an exaggeration, let's just say as bad as it always does)
hasn’t updated and aggregated the data yet. It’ll update later in the week as more people link the feed back ids together.
There is a Feedback app on your iPhone. Sign in with your Apple ID unless you are already signed in. Bottom right corner/or the very bottom menu you will see "New Feedback". Tap on it. Then tap on watchOS. First provide a descriptive title. Then, select Siri under "Which area are you seeing an issue with?" and fill out the rest of the questions that you see on your iPhone's screen. Then using the upwards facing purple arrow on the top right corner, submit it.
