I come from a Microsoft Band and the feature I miss most is sleep tracking. It would be great to turn it on using a Control Center button. One click that starts sleep detection, and also turns off the screen & motion detection while sleeping. It would solve two problems at once.

Besides Sleep tracking and Watch face customization I would like to see the ability to export data from Apple Health even if it's via iCloud. I understand the huge security issue with this but it would be a great feature.

I'm not entirely a huge fan of the application cluster on the main screen. I'd like to see something more structured or less cluttered. And it's already been mentioned, but I would like to see being able to delete default applications that are useless or not applicable to a specific Apple Watch user.

more streamlined system for notifications. I don't need to glance at my wrist when I get tapped, see the notification, then later check the time, see the red dot, and have to clear the notification I already viewed in order to make it go away. Also when I get an email notification and I look at the email I want to be able to force touch it to delete rather than scroll all the way to the bottom to delete it. Even short messages need a lot of scrolling with the small watch face

I also would like native sleep tracking (though some third-party apps do a decent job), but I don't want to have to trigger it manually. If Apple releases it it hope and expect it will detect your sleep automatically.

That would be my number 1 feature request. If Apple feels that they'd have to put it on iCloud.com to maintain security and privacy, I'd be OK with that too. I just want more data, presented in a better way.
