As long as we're baring our souls, I came close a couple of times. One of those was because I thought I was in another thread, but I know I wouldn't have gotten any mercy with a reason like that.

I was hoping to shoot a new photo for this, especially with the new moon, but alas the clouds haven't behaved. So here's an older one:
We need a warning flashing lights, bells and whistles system that pops up when we're in a competition/contest thread, one that alerts us:
"WARNING! YOU ARE IN THE WEEKLY COMPETITION THREAD! DO NOT HIT THE "LIKE' BUTTON FOR ANY OF THE ENTRIES. DO NOT COMMENT ON ANY OF THE ENTRIES. DO NOT POST AN IMAGE UNLESS YOU ARE INTENDING TO ENTER THE COMPETITION. WARNING!"

It's just that I keep each thread open in it's own tab.
I seem to remember a lesson I learned as a kid. Something about glass houses and stones.
I wonder if we'll see someone respond to this discussion on the wrong thread. We've all made my mistake. There would be no way to rescue yourself from that one.
