I'm surprised they don't have some sort of guard on that belt .I'd hate to be in the way if that thing broke .Maybe that's why the guy's bald with a shiny top . Pretty sure guarding would be mandated by OSHA over here .

What a strange set up. I've been to many a English polishers and they all looked very different.
But I left engineering 10 years back.
