Lol... there is a definite theme to the car choices on my Flickr page. I adore 911s. Especially the 993 Turbo which is so so expensive! a 1995 model costs the same money as a brand new one today! A true design legend. My brother in law is a specialist independent mechanic and he has a lot of classic Porsches in his garage so it is like a kid in a candy store when I go see him. I dont know why but Ferraris and Lamborghinis are nice but not electrifying the way a classic 993 gets me hot under the collar. Alas with two daughters, the need for four real seats in a car will mean I won't be getting my dream any time soon.

Unfortunately I don't quite remember if it was an early (i.e., '53) Eldorado or a '51 or '52 Series 62 Sedan. I do remember the presence of the car and the beautiful burgundy color. Perhaps one day I'll post a picture of it.
