I fell short of my goal for the week. I was exhausted on Saturday and after closing my move ring, I had to stop so I only had just over 14,000 steps for the day. I was able to get in almost 33,000 steps yesterday to try and catch up.

Taking a break/time out - will still be around but will only be doing the hills for pleasure and leisure - giving up the hard work. I'd like to thank my legs for their continuous support throughout my life and long my it continue.
