Out of town the last half of the week.
I missed my exercise goal at 11:00 pm Friday due to a time zone change. Set my phone back an hour, ran the neighborhood, and switched time the next morning.
It’s been a long time since I checked my steps and posted here but I believe I have been around the same numbers all the time. At least I have last weeks steps..
Started pushing myself again last week instead of just walking enough to close the rings. Gotta start getting the average calories close to 1,000 again.
