Still not running much and mostly walking. Did manage to SLOW run 7 miles on Saturday. This is probably my highest step total ever.
I am averaging about 70k which is pretty good I say. I am running a lot lately too.
Still a good week but did have a fall running on a rural road at mile 2.2 of 8. Sprain wrist and high ankle sprain plus scrapped elbow but was able to recover and complete run.
By the numbers, I’m exactly on track for my monthly challenge.
Another good week. LA Fitness opened this week but sprain my wrist a little over a week ago and needs another week so about to hit the road for a run.
I had started falling behind my monthly challenge, so I’ve been running steps at night before bed.
Down a little more since I'm back to mostly running.
